Q: What is a pledge?
A: A pledge is a financial promise to support the work of the church. A pledge can be adjusted as needed throughout the year by notifying the church administrator.
Q: How much should I give?
A: We invite every household to consider a pledge that is both responsible and significant based on the financial circumstances. A tithe (10% of one’s income) is the Biblical standard of financial giving and we strongly encourage this measure.
Q: When should I pledge and when should I pay?
A: We invite everyone to make a pledge in the Fall of every year as the Vestry plans for the work of the church in the upcoming year. Of course, new pledges are gratefully welcomed anytime.
